Student looking for an apartment or roommates

I am a chemistry PhD student at City College and I am looking to rent a 2 or 3-bedroom apartment in the area (Washington Heights, West Harlem, Hudson Heights etc) with 1 or 2 other people. Ideally, I want to move in on July 1st. I am looking for someone who is clean, organized, and doesn’t smoke or do drugs or has any animals. I am quiet but easy-going as long as everything is kept clean. My budget is $850 per month. Please contact me at akligman@gradcenter.cuny.edu if you are interested!
